Our comprehensive pool and spa care programs are affordable and are designed to set you free from the work and worry of routine maintenance. We know that customers needs vary and that each pool is unique requiring special attention to various details. We have a maintenance program that can meet your needs.

Balance Plus
Our “chemical service” program.

Routine service visits: Service visits are scheduled on the same day and are routinely within a particular time frame.
Water chemistry analysis: Most people think in terms of testing pH and chlorine levels. We routinely test six elements of pool water chemistry in order to determine what chemical adjustments are necessary for your pool.
Chemicals and algaecides: We have all the various chemicals on our service trucks that may be needed to balance your pool water chemistry; soda ash, conditioner, acid, algae killers and inhibitors, clarifiers, various forms of chlorine and much more. Properly balanced pool water is sanitary and safe.
Filter equipment maintenance: Your pool filtration equipment is turned on and inspected each visit. The timers are adjusted as needed, salt generator settings are checked, pump baskets are cleaned and the filter is backwashed as needed. All equipment is checked to make sure that it’s working properly and to see if any problems are developing. Preventative maintenance saves you money.

Our Balance Plus service is designed to meet the needs of our customers who don’t want to deal with the pool chemistry and filtration equipment, but don’t mind cleaning the pool themselves.

Balance Plus monthly service rates start at $64 per month for most residential pools.
